Clean burn for 50 hours  7.5oz / 20 hours 3oz

VARA /vara/ from Marathi, meaning Wind.

A bustling bazaar overflowing with scents and sounds, where fragrant mountains of spice rise beside draping garlands of brilliant blooms. Gem-hued textiles catch the eye as you lose yourself in a riot of colour.

An earthy floral blend where geranium’s sunny brightness meets tobacco’s smoky mystery. Notes of cedarwood and pink pepper are lifted by mandarin’s citrus, while patchouli adds a grounded earthiness.

-Top Notes: Mandarin & Pink Pepper
-Middle Notes: Cedarwood & Geranium
-Base Notes: Patchouli & Tobacco

Made with clean scents, organic coconut, and soy wax blend (the most sustainable wax available on the market), a non-toxic wick, and recyclable packaging. Every candle is vegan, paraben free, phthalate free, cruelty free, non-toxic and hand poured in Toronto.

The labels are made of recycled papers that contain at least 30% post-consumer waste recycled fiber and meet EPA guidelines for recycled content papers. Printed by a local risograph printer that uses an environmentally friendly printing method with soy-based inks and stencils made of natural fiber. The labels are not recyclable because of the adhesive aspect, but we encourage you to remove the sticker before recycling the box.

WHY LOHN
Created by Vic and Kat in Toronto, Canada, after one working in cosmetic product development and the other studying perfumery they reconnected in 2016 with the idea to start their own thing. From the very beginning, they knew what they wanted to create clean, complex scents, designed to transport you to another time and place. They use the most sustainable wax available on the market (organic coconut and soy), a non-toxic wick, recyclable packaging, and environmentally friendly printing with soy based inks.
LOHN (they pronounce it lawn - but you do you!) means 'scent' in Estonian and it also means ‘reward’ in Old High German. Kat is Estonian & Lithuanian, and Vic is Polish, looked to their European heritage for a common thread, and found an ancient road called the amber road that crossed the countries of Estonia, Lithuania, and Poland. This is where the idea to design their scent collections came from.
