SHIPPING

We are conscious about our shipping, and ship using reusable, compostable mailers and recyclable packaging. We also reuse the boxes we receive from our suppliers so you may find small amounts of plastic packaging present that is being repurposed. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on location, order volume, and type of shipping.

*We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 to Canada and the US

For all orders within Canada, we ship via Canada Post. Orders to the US will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

LOCAL PICK UP

Free local pick up is located in Toronto's Junction Triangle neighbourhood. Pick up is available Thursday-Sunday, times will be arranged via email after your purchase. Orders will be ready within 24 hours. If pick up is needed at a different time or day please send us a quick email and we'll make it work!

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available with any purchase to downtown Toronto. If you are located in the delivery zone this option will appear at check out. If it is not available in your area do not hesitate to reach out and maybe we can work something out.

 

CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING

We offset the carbon output from all our shipments through Pachama via Shopify. Currently, the Jari Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon is funded to protect the existing forest and improve the biomass thought better forest management practices.

 

RETURNS

There is a large environmental impact of reverse shipping. Not only is there over 5 billion pounds of waste produced through returns we also create a giant carbon footprint. I ask you to take your time deciding on the goods you would like to purchase and ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable with your decision.

DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS

If your items arrive damaged, please save all contents and packaging material. Email us at info@balticmarche.com within three days of the arrival of your package and include photos of the damaged items and packaging. 

Please note that Baltic Marche cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages. Please contact Canada Post as soon as possible to open an investigation and I will also help track it down as best as I can.
