Make the switch from laundry softeners to natural wool dryer balls. They reduce drying time, save on electricity & preserve the lifespan of your clothing. Hand Made in Canada from merino or corriedale wool. No chemicals, perfumes, or dyes are used to make them. Simply store them in your dryer between loads. If you like a little scent in your laundry, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a wool ball before starting. For a regular load, you can use 3 wool balls, for duvets and larger loads 4 would work best.

The colour does not affect the performance in any way and will not transfer to the clothes as it is the sheep's natural colour.

  • White - merino wool and softer
  • Grey and brown - corriedale wool
  • Use for 1000+ loads
  • Never dyed
  • Environmentally responsible
  • Canadian made

WHY MOSS CREEK
Based in Canada and all wool balls are handmade in Norfolk County, Ontario. They work with Wool Cooperatives in South America, Spain & Portugal (depending on the colour) where all the processing of the wool is local and environmentally responsible, meaning the wool has a minimal carbon footprint. The wool is carefully sourced from farms that never practice mulesing (a cruel process used in warm climates). Most importantly, the sheep live free-range and are never exposed to chemicals including sheep dips. These farms practice low impact, environmentally friendly processing of the wool fleece into roving. Collected rainwater from a natural reservoir is used for washing and wastewater is treated naturally in holding ponds. A pH balanced fabric wash (Forever New) is used by Moss Creek to help during the felting process and to remove any residual lanolin from the wool.
